Leah Archer
Founder & Director
Leah Archer is the founder of Girra-Maa Advisory and a proud Wiradjuri woman. The firm's name — Girra-Maa, meaning "elevated" — reflects what she does for her clients: lifting their position, their access, and their results in the rooms where decisions get made.
Leah has spent her career building relationships between industry and government on both sides of politics. At the Federal Labor Business Forum, she led the delivery of high-profile engagements between Australia's largest businesses and senior government decision-makers.
She advises CEOs, founders, and boards on how to translate commercial priorities into outcomes government can move on — and then helps them get those outcomes over the line.
Her clients keep her on because she knows the people, knows the process, and gets the work done.
